We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and free of smells, stains, and pet hair.
All approved returns are issued as STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
All orders ship within 1–2 business days. Tracking will be emailed once shipped.
Local pickup is available at The Hornet’s Nest and usually ready within 2 hours. Must arrive before closing time.
